Delivery details

Delivery is free* on all In From The Garden orders that exceed £25 in value. Orders under this value may be subject to a delivery charge.

For orders under £25 our delivery charge is £5.99, once this has been reached all items added subsequently will be done so at no additional cost to delivery.
Please Note: We have suspended orders and deliveries to Northern Ireland for the time being until there has been a decision regarding the trading costs and procedures.

*Delivery to Northern Ireland and remote areas may incur an additional charge. . Please also note that it may not be possible to deliver certain items over 25kg to remote areas due to courier restrictions. Any additional charges will be arranged once agreed post purchase.

Where possible we will always try to use our own delivery vans, especially with regards to larger local deliveries (within 50 miles of PR7 3QL).  Should this not be possible we will use the following methods:

We sell products of all different shapes and sizes which means we use multiple couriers and delivery services.

For smaller items we only ever use a tracked service, this could be APC, DHL or TNT. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive notification of the couriers information and a personal tracking number.

For larger items  we generally usePalletised Delivery - This is the quickest service and can be delivered next day if required. Upon order, we will be in contact to arrange a delivery date and time that suits. Please note: All pallet deliveries will be left on most convenient hard standing (i.e. kirbside).

Our delivery partners are not able to collect or remove any packaging or pallets, therefore it is your responsibility to dispose of any packaging.
